استقبل السيّد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، اليوم الخميس 29 جانفي 2026، السيّدة Eléonore CAROIT، الوزيرة المعتمدة لدى وزير أوروبا والشؤون الخارجية الفرنسيّة المكلّفة بالفرنكوفونية والشراكات الدولية والفرنسيين بالخارج، التي تؤدّي زيارة عمل إلى تونس، وذلك بحضور سفيرة فرنسا بتونس.

وشكّل هذا اللقاء مناسبة لاستعراض أوجه التعاون القائم بين تونس وفرنسا في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك وخاصة منها الاقتصادية والفنيّة والعلميّة والثقافيّة والسياحيّة والمسائل ذات الطابع القنصلي، إلى جانب القطاعات الواعدة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة مواصلة الارتقاء بهذه الشراكة نحو آفاق أرحب على قاعدة الاحترام المتبادل والندّية والمصالح المشتركة، لا سيّما في سياق إحياء البلدين للذكرى السبعين لإقامة العلاقات الدبلوماسية بينهما.

وفي هذا الإطار، ثمّن الجانبان النموّ المطّرد الذي تشهده الاستثمارات والمبادلات التجارية بين البلدين، بما يعكس حيوية الشراكة الاقتصادية القائمة، مع التنويه بالدور المحوري الذي تضطلع به الشركات التونسية والفرنسية على حدّ السواء في دعم المبادلات وتوفير مواطن الشغل، لا سيّما وأنّ تونس تعدّ منذ سنة 2024 أوّل مستثمر إفريقي بفرنسا.

كما أكّد الوزير على الدور الهام الذي تضطلع به الجالية والكفاءات التونسية المقيمة بفرنسا، باعتبارها ركيزة أساسية في إشعاع صورة تونس بالخارج ومكوّنا فاعلا في النسيجين الاقتصادي والثقافي ببلد الإقامة، مشددا على ضرورة تكثيف العمل من أجل تيسير تنقّل الأشخاص والطلبة والكفاءات من الجانبين، بما يسهم في فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون.

وعلى صعيد آخر، شدّد الوزير على الأهميّة البالغة التي توليها الدولة التونسية لملفّ استرجاع الأموال المنهوبة، مؤكّدا تمسّك تونس الثابت بحقّ شعبها في استعادة مقدّراته كاملة باعتباره حقا ثابتا لا يسقط أبدا بالتقادم، مؤكدا على ضرورة مواصلة التنسيق وتكثيف التعاون القضائي والدبلوماسي بين تونس وفرنسا، بما يكفل تتبّع كلّ من تورّط في الاعتداء على مقدّرات الشعب التونسي وترتيب الآثار القانونية المترتّبة عن ذلك.

ومن جهتها، عبّرت الوزيرة الفرنسية عن ارتياحها لما يشهده التعاون الثنائي من تطوّر متنام في مختلف الميادين، مؤكّدة حرص قيادة بلادها على مزيد تعزيزه في شتّى المجالات بالاستناد إلى ذات المبادئ والقيم الفضلى المتصلة بالنديّة واحترام خيارات الشعوب. كما أشادت بما يتيحه مناخ الاستثمار في تونس من فرص واعدة في عديد القطاعات. وأشارت كذلك إلى الاهتمام المتزايد الذي توليه الشركات الفرنسية للسوق التونسية ورغبتها في تعزيز استثماراتها ببلادنا، اعتبارا لما تزخر به من طاقات متميّزة مشهود لها.

وفي ختام اللقاء، أكّد الجانبان أهميّة مواصلة دعم التنسيق والتشاور بين البلدين في مختلف الأطر والمحافل الدولية، لا سيّما في إطار الاتحاد الأوروبي وضمن الفضاء المتوسطي والمنظمة الدولية للفرنكوفونية، بما يعزّز توحيد الجهود إزاء القضايا الإقليمية والدولية. كما شدّدا على ضرورة العمل سويا من أجل ترسيخ مبادئ القانون الدولي والدفاع عن القيم الكونية المشتركة، فضلا عن استنباط مقاربات جديدة للتعاون في المجالات العلمية والتربوية والاقتصادية، بما يسهم في تلبية تطلّعات الشعوب إلى مجتمع دولي أكثر عدلا واستقرارا.

M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’étranger, a reçu, ce jeudi 29 janvier 2026, Mme Eléonore Caroit, Ministre déléguée auprès du Ministre de l’Europe et des Affaires étrangères de la République française, chargée de la Francophonie, des Partenariats internationaux et des Français de l’étranger, en visite de travail en Tunisie, et ce, en présence de l’Ambassadrice de France à Tunis.

Cet entretien a constitué une occasion pour passer en revue les différents axes de la coopération entre la Tunisie et la France dans les domaines d’intérêt commun, notamment économique, technique, scientifique, culturel et touristique, ainsi que les questions consulaires, outre les autres secteurs porteurs. À cet égard, les deux parties ont souligné la nécessité de poursuivre la consolidation de ce partenariat et de l’inscrire dans des perspectives plus larges, fondées sur les principes du respect mutuel, de l’égalité et de la convergence des intérêts, notamment dans le contexte de la célébration du soixante-dixième anniversaire de l’établissement des relations diplomatiques entre les deux pays.

Dans ce cadre, les deux parties se sont félicitées de la croissance soutenue des investissements et des échanges commerciaux entre les deux pays qui traduit la vitalité du partenariat économique existant. Les deux Ministres ont, à cet égard, mis en exergue le rôle central que jouent les entreprises tunisiennes et françaises dans la dynamisation de ces échanges et la création d’emplois, d’autant plus que la Tunisie est devenue, depuis l’année 2024, le premier investisseur africain en France.

Le Ministre a, par ailleurs, souligné le rôle important joué par la communauté et les compétences tunisiennes établies en France, en tant que pilier fondamental du rayonnement de l’image de la Tunisie à l’étranger et composante active des tissus économique et culturel du pays de résidence. Il a, dans ce sens, mis l’accent sur la nécessité de redoubler d’efforts afin de faciliter la mobilité des personnes, des étudiants et des compétences entre les deux pays, de manière à ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives de coopération mutuellement bénéfiques.

D’un autre côté, le Ministre a mis en exergue l’importance majeure qu’accorde l’État tunisien au dossier de la restitution des avoirs spoliés, réaffirmant l’attachement ferme et constant de la Tunisie au droit inaliénable de son peuple à recouvrer l’intégralité de ses ressources, qui demeure un droit imprescriptible ne pouvant s’éteindre avec le temps. Il a, à cet égard, insisté sur la nécessité de poursuivre la coordination et de renforcer la coopération judiciaire et diplomatique entre la Tunisie et la France, afin de permettre à la justice de prendre son cours à l’égard de toute personne impliquée dans la spoliation des ressources du peuple tunisien.

Pour sa part, la Ministre française s’est félicitée de l’évolution positive que connaît la coopération bilatérale dans l’ensemble de ses dimensions, réaffirmant la volonté des autorités de son pays de la renforcer davantage dans tous les domaines, dans le cadre du respect mutuel des choix souverains des peuples. Elle s’est, en outre, félicité du climat des affaires favorable aux investissements en Tunisie dans de nombreux secteurs, soulignant l’intérêt croissant des entreprises françaises pour le marché tunisien, et leur volonté exprimée pour le renforcement de leurs investissements dans notre pays, eu égard aux compétences et aux potentialités reconnues dont dispose la Tunisie.

Aux termes de cet entretien, les deux parties ont réaffirmé l’importance de poursuivre la coordination entre les deux pays au sein des différents cadres et instances internationales, en particulier dans le cadre de l’Union européenne, de l’espace méditerranéen et de l’Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, afin de répondre aux défis posés par un contexte régional et international mouvant. Les deux Ministres ont, à cet égard, souligné la nécessité d’œuvrer conjointement à la consolidation des principes du droit international et à la défense des valeurs universelles communes, ainsi qu’à l’élaboration de nouvelles approches de coopération dans les domaines scientifique, éducatif et économique, de nature à répondre aux aspirations des peuples à un ordre international plus juste et plus stable.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, received today, Thursday, January 29, 2026, Ms. Eléonore Caroit, Minister Delegate to the French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs in charge of Francophonie, International Partnerships, and French Nationals Abroad, who is on a working visit to Tunisia. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of France to Tunisia. 
This meeting provided an opportunity to review the existing cooperation between Tunisia and France in areas of mutual interest—particularly economic, technical, scientific, cultural, and tourism sectors, as well as consular issues and promising new fields. Both sides emphasized the need to continue enhancing this partnership toward broader horizons, based on mutual respect, equality, and shared interests, especially as the two countries commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. In this context, the two sides commended the steady growth in investments and trade exchanges between the two countries, reflecting the vitality of their economic partnership, and highlighted the key role played by Tunisian and French companies alike in promoting trade and creating job opportunities. It was also noted that since 2024, Tunisia has become the leading African investor in France. 
The Minister underscored the important role of the Tunisian community and skilled professionals residing in France, describing them as a fundamental pillar in promoting Tunisia’s image abroad and an active component of the economic and cultural fabric in their host country. He stressed the need to intensify efforts to facilitate the movement of people, students, and professionals on both sides, in order to open new prospects for cooperation. 
At another level, the Minister reaffirmed the great importance that the Tunisian State attaches to the issue of recovering stolen assets, reiterating Tunisia’s unwavering commitment to its people’s right to fully reclaim their resources—an inalienable right that does not lapse over time. He emphasized the need to continue coordination and strengthen judicial and diplomatic cooperation between Tunisia and France to ensure that all those involved in misappropriating the Tunisian people’s resources are prosecuted and held legally accountable. 
For her part, the French Minister expressed her satisfaction with the growing development of bilateral cooperation across various fields, reaffirming her country’s commitment to further strengthening it on the basis of equality and respect for the choices of peoples. She also praised the promising investment climate in Tunisia, which offers opportunities across numerous sectors, and noted the increasing interest of French companies in the Tunisian market and their willingness to expand investments in the country, acknowledging Tunisia’s recognized potential and talent. 
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides affirmed the importance of continuing to strengthen coordination and consultation between Tunisia and France within various international frameworks and fora—particularly within the European Union, the Mediterranean space, and the International Organization of La Francophonie. They stressed the need to work together in upholding the principles of international law and defending shared universal values, while developing new approaches to cooperation in scientific, educational, and economic fields, thus contributing to the aspirations of peoples for a more just and stable international order.
